Tickets to our Board Gayming in Amsterdam events will only be refunded if you make a refund request more than 24 hours before the event starts. This can be done either by replying to the event confirmation email or by using the Contact Form (ensure you include the email address used when making the booking).
We unfortunately cannot provide a refund in the 24 hours leading up to the event; however tickets to events may be sold or transferred to other group members to be arranged independently. Any transfer is at your own risk and ReRoll Works is not responsible for arranging or confirming any ticket transfer.
Note that this policy only applies to our regular board gayming events. Weekender eventsa and events in the Park have their own policies as described on the event page.
