Thrilled to be hosting a FESTIVE XL Board Gayming day on Sunday 17th December!
Starting from 13:00 we’ll be having our usual day packed full of board gayming fun n adventures!
However we’ll be doing a couple of extra things seeing as we’re in the holiday season:
- We’re going to have a Holiday Dinner together!
- We’ll be playing an extra special gift giving game!
We’ll be deciding in the coming weeks how we’ll arrange the holiday dinner:
- This could be a pot-luck where everyone brings something along to eat
- We could host a dinner and cook something together at the venue
- We could arrange for a local restaurant to cater a festive meal for us
We’re leaning towards one of the first two options as it helps to keep costs low and we think it also adds to our family-community we’re building together, but please vote on your preferred option when booking your ticket and we’ll try to make everyone happy.
We’ll also be playing a fun gift giving game! To participate you’ll need to bring along 3 gifts, each of which should cost no more than €3 each and they need to be wrapped. These gifts will be added to a single pile and we’ll play a competitive game to try and win them! Further details will be revealed at the event.
Join us for the biggest LGBTQIA+ Board Gayming event in Amsterdam!
It’ll take place at our regular XL venue: Club Tanker, LOADS.Amsterdam, NDSM in Amsterdam Noord! (Please note events take place in the secondary building (Club Tanker) of LOADS, so please check the Google Maps link and address details below).
There’s no catering at the venue, so we’ll need to organise our own food and drinks – there’s an Albert Heijn really close by too. Feel free to bring what you’d like and we’ll also try to provide some soft drinks and light snacks.
